New Love...

a brush that is...

So i have been searching for the perfect face brush on the go, I hate carrying my brush roll...when i really just need one brush, my face powder brush when i need it.. for touch ups or blush... so i came across to the Too Faced Kabuki Brush ($30)... I got it when they had the 30% off your entire purchase... so here it is..

Why do i love it?

1. It is PINK...so cute!

2. It will not get my purse/makeup bag dirty

I highly recommend this brush, for travel and put in your purse! It's too cute!

My New Toy...

Well.. not really a toy... I've never had a watch before...i don't wear anything on my wrist unless I feel the necessity to wear a bracelet... but recently my boyfriend is going through a watch craze, so we have been looking at a lot of watches.. and yes.. that tempted me to buy one for myself...

So pretty! It is made with Swarovski crystals all around the watch... its so pretty!!!!!!! >_<.. i bought this for myself as a birthday present.. LOL... God.. I spoil myself..

Black Friday & Cyber Monday Madness

We all know that Thanksgiving is not only known for good food and the gathering of family and friends...it's what is going to happen after all this make us truly crazy...

BLACK FRIDAY! and Cyber Monday!!!!

Well.. personally, i did not do anything crazy on Black Friday.. didn't stand in line at 3am... But me and one of my girl friend did decide to hit the mall just to see... we ended up finding a parking spot after 30 minutes of driving around the parking lot.. it was CRAZY..

A lot of places had great savings.. we got things from Aldo...with their 30% off of sale items... Steve Madden.. everything 40% off plus we got a scratch off ticket that gave us 40% off extra! Got some shirts for one of our friend from Express... they were on sale... Arden B had a GREAT sale in store...it was buy one and get the 2nd item for only $5.. so we had to take advantage and we both got something and ended up only paying for half of what it was...

Today...i see that a lot of Cyber Monday deals are going on...but nothing really caught my eyes.. i am trying to stay away from Makeup since i have been buying makeup like crazy from Sephora.. so I've stepped away from that... but Bebe have a great deal going on right now.. if you enter the code Surprise... you will get $10 off any purchase PLUS free shipping! More Hauling....

So I'm sure a lot of you already know that Sephora's Friends and Family Sale is on right now.. if you do not, you have until November 2nd to receive 20% off from your whole purchase. I have already placed 3 orders...well.. two online and 1 in-store. You can go into a Sephora store and tell them that you want to use the Friends and Family discount and they should be able to do that for you. So, here are some of the things that i got...

Sephora Favorites Face Quenchers Moisturizer Deluxe Sampler $18.50- yes..yes.. like many of you out there i am searching for my HG moisturizer.. so I've purchased this set in the hopes of finding the right one... So far I've used the Hope in the Jar by Philosophy..it has failed me =(.. it smells like plastic...poop... I dont know.. it just does not smell good at all.. I will try more later on this week and see if i can find my HF moisturizer from this set.. *crosses fingers*

2. Dior HydraAction Set $49 - I have been searching for my HG moisturizer.. so far Hope in a Jar by Philosophy have failed me... its nice once i put it on.. then.. the smell comes.. YUCK...

3. Urban Decay 24/7 Super Stash $36: Combination Set- I bought this one in the store... I have to say.. this eyeliner is the BEST pencil eyeliner I've ever used...I have been using MAC's Engraved eyeliner.. and in this set the color Zero is black.. and its a lot more darker and a lot more easier for me to apply eyeliner since its so freakin smooth!!! I highly recommend you guys buying this set to try!

4. Laura Mercier Mini Lip Glace Set $28- I have heard good things about her lipgloss.. so im buying this set to try and see...I do love their Flawless Face Kit too!

5. Sephora OPI- Nail Color Gift Set $18- I thought this was a super deal! 3 for $18! I have been dying to try the one on the far right Metro Chic...so i thought, okay, pay $9 more to get the whole set...why not? I accidental bought one from the store.. and then not remembering that I've already ordered one online.. so now I have 2 sets.. I may return it or of course it would be a great Christmas present for someone...But trust me.. all the colors are GREAT.. Metro Chic was exactly what I expected.. but I do have to adjust to darker nail polish colors...im not really used to it.. of course the A true romantic color on the left would suit me very well bc its a nude color with a touch of pink and the purple is very nice also.. =)

6. Stila Gift of Appreciation Set $38-I honestly do not have much things from Stila, I only have used their eyeshadow from the Barbie Collection, but this is the second thing I wanted to get and try... everything in here is pretty much FULL size... so I'm excited to try!

So I know, I have been MIA for a long time... I can't say I am a blogger at heart.. but I do read a lot of blogs around here....... anyway I just wanted to do a quick update since there are so many great products coming out for this holiday season. I have put a huge purchase with Sephora bc of the Family & Friends event.. so I will post pictures of those products once I receive it in the mail... in the meantime..I will show you some new products that I have gotten....

1. Left - Barbie Loves Stila Doll'd Up Eyeshadow Palette

I highly highly highly recommend this palette, the color choices are great and every color is very pigmented. I've realized once I step my foot in Sephora & MAC and purchased my very first eyeshadow.. I knew I could never ever go back to drugstore brand eye shadows....I think they did a great job putting the eye colors together so you can use all 3 colors together.. So far, i've only tried the blue.. i cant wait to try the rest!

Right- MAC Holiday Collection 2009

Love the packaging, love the colors, I'm still a very neutral color kind of girl.. so i feel like i cant ever have enough browns and neutral colors.. some may feel like you have all these colors already...but i think its a great travel friendly palette.

3. MAC Mineralized Eyeshadow

Left- Midnight Madness- this is new from the MAC Magic, Mirth and Mischief collection, I fell in love with the dark-purple color... it also has a hint of gunmetal, i cant explain it... but i just LOVE this color..but the yellow...not so much... its not as pigmented and it will fall off your eyes..

Right- Odd Bits, this is not from the new collection, i totally forgot which collection its from, but the colors are great! I was loving the pink with the gray...

Sorry guys, I have not been able to update, it's been super super busy for me and I will be taking my exam next Monday... so im pretty much freaked out...and studying.. and studying... and some more studying... I promise I will update ..
